The Corpus Christi Caller-Times Children's Christmas Appeal is an annual initiative that provides local children with a happy holiday.
Overhead costs are covered by the Corpus Christi Caller-Times, United Way of the Coastal Bend and participating agencies so 100% of the proceeds go toward helping the children.
Last year, donations to United Way of the Coastal Bend helped more than 189,000 people in the Coastal Bend.
