We've paired companies with groups needing help with meal service, reorganization and revitalization projects, house-building, gardening, painting, minor repairs, and more.

Women United of the Coastal Bend
Our Women United group is a great way to also meet other women in the community and engage in community philanthropy.
Women United leads several volunteer opportunities during the year, including:
- Conducting mock job interviews at Corpus Christi Hope House and giving its clients and The
Purple Door clients interview advice and tips.
- Reading to children at Neighborhood
Centers of Corpus Christi
- Reading to children at local schools for Read
Across America Day in March
- Coordinate donations and deliver basic
needs for at-risk local youth
- Notes of Encouragement campaigns

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) preparation
VITA volunteers are needed every tax season to help as many low- to moderate-income taxpayers as possible.
All volunteers receive training from IRS-certified trainers and must pass an exam before helping taxpayers file their returns.
