Become a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) preparer
VITA volunteers are needed every tax season to help as many low- to moderate-income taxpayers as possible. All volunteers receive training from IRS-certified trainers and must pass an exam before helping taxpayers file their returns.
